Perenti (ASX:PRN) chair steps down; successor named

Perenti said Rob Cole resigned as the chairman of its board.

Cole has been a non-executive director since 2018 and chair since May 2021.

Diane Smith-Gander has been appointed as the new chair. Smith-Gander joined the board in October 2023.
