Nitro Software (ASX:NTO) announces five resignations

Nitro Software (ASX: NTO) has announced Michael Brown, Lisa Hennessy, Sarah Morgan, Peter Navin, and Craig Scroggie have resigned as non-executive directors, effective immediately.

It also says Non-executive director Kurt Johnson will stay on as Chairman for a transitional period.

Andrew Gray and Michael McNamara, nominees from Potentia Capital, have been appointed as non-executive directors, also effective immediately, and will stand for election at the 2023 Nitro Annual General Meeting if Nitro remains listed on the ASX at that time.
