Nick Scali (ASX:NCK) enters UK market, acquires Fabb Furniture with 21-Store Network

Nick Scali expanded into the UK market with the acquisition of Anglia Home Furnishings, trading as Fabb Furniture.

The move secures Nick Scali's presence with an immediate 21-store network.

The acquisition includes nominal equity valued at £2 ($3.84) and £3.5 million ($6.7 million) in secured debt, with additional investments for store refurbishments.

The funding comes from a $46 million institutional placement and a $4 million conditional placement for CEO Anthony Scali.

The move aims to leverage Fabb Furniture's network to introduce Nick Scali's brand in the UK.
