Mayfield Group (ASX:MYG) declares first dividend since relisting

Mayfield Group (ASX:MYG) has announced its first dividend since relisting on the ASX in November 2020.

The dividend is 0.71 cents ($0.0071) per share and the total payment will be $643,160.

Mayfield Group says it's expected that dividends will be fully franked for the foreseeable future and that the company will not pay any tax on its pre-tax profit for several years.

The key dates for the dividend are 24 February 2023 (announcement date), 2 March 2023 (ex-dividend date), 3 March 2023 (record date), and 15 March 2023 (dividend payment date).
