Genesis Minerals (ASX:GMD) completes full takeover of Dacian Gold

Genesis Minerals completed its takeover of Dacian Gold (ASX:DCN).

As of Nov. 17, Genesis had acquired 97% of the ordinary shares in Dacian.

The compulsory acquisition process yielded Genesis with 100% ownership of Dacian.

Former Dacian shareholders, whose shares were acquired, are due consideration, currently held in trust by Dacian.
