Blockchain intelligence platform Bubblemaps has released the public version of its v2 product, introducing new tools aimed at detecting insider activity and preventing memecoin-related scams.

The announcement on May 29 follows a private beta that attracted over 200,000 users.

Key features include “Magic Nodes,” which reveal hidden wallet connections among token holders, and “Time Travel,” a tool that reconstructs the historical distribution of tokens.

“Historical data in crypto is notoriously hard to access because it gets buried under endless new transactions,” Bubblemaps CEO Nicolas Vaiman said.

“Time Travel changes that. It’s like watching a Big Bang, from the initial burst of a single bubble to a full-grown distribution,” he added.

The Time Travel feature allows users to rewind a token’s entire lifecycle and observe its evolving distribution.

This helps identify early signs of manipulation or coordinated token dumps.

Detecting tokens with a large portion of supply concentrated in few wallets can alert investors to potential scams such as rug pulls, where insiders remove liquidity or sell off en masse, causing steep price collapses.

A recent example is the WOLF token, which crashed 99% on March 16, wiping out most of its $42 million market capitalisation within hours.

Over 82% of WOLF’s supply was held by a single entity, a significant red flag.

Bubblemaps has contributed to uncovering suspicious wallet activity in multiple memecoins, including the Melania token and fake Eric Trump-themed tokens.

Vaiman said the platform’s tools support the emerging “InfoFi” era, where structured blockchain data forms the foundation of crypto’s next financial layer.

“Solana proved that real-time transparency is no longer optional, it’s expected,” he noted.

Bubblemaps integrates with protocols on Solana such as Pump.fun, DEX Screener, Photon, and Bullx, and is also available on Ethereum (CRYPTO:ETH), BNB Chain, Base, Tron (CRYPTO:TRX), and ApeChain.
