VIDEO: You may find gold at the end of the rainbow thanks to these two Aussie gold miners

You may not actually find a pot of gold at the end of any rainbow, but two Australian-based gold production and exploration companies are producing record amounts of the precious metal.

Investors are piling into Regis Resources today after the gold producer reported a 20% increase in gold production for the June quarter to a record 123.9 thousand ounces.

And fellow gold producer and explorer Westgold Resources also announced record gold production for the 2022 financial year of 270.878 thousand ounces.

The gold sector as a whole is up just under 2% today, boosting the market into positive territory.
