    Xantippe Resources (ASX:XTC) announces a board change

    Xantippe Resources (ASX:XTC) has just announced a change to its board.

    Xantippe Resources advises that Mr Guzman Fernandez has resigned as a director of the Company effective immediately.

    Mr Fernandez was appointed in March 2022, and since then has played a positive role in advancing the Carachi Pampa Lithium Project.

    The Company thanks Mr Fernandez for his efforts and wishes him best in his future endeavours.

    Shares of Xantippe Resources have fallen 5.000% following the announcement.
