Worldcoin expands to Minecraft, Reddit, and more with eye-scanning verification, launches in Mexico and Singapore

Worldcoin, co-founded by Sam Altman, now offers World ID integrations with popular platforms like Minecraft, Reddit, Telegram, Shopify, and Mercado Libre, in addition to existing support for Discord, Talent Protocol, and Okta’s Auth0.

The World ID 2.0 update enhances the protocol, aiming to differentiate between bots and verified humans online, simplifying the integration process for developers.

The new integrations enable various use cases, such as special permissions on Reddit and fraud prevention on Shopify, leveraging World ID's unique authentication system.

\Worldcoin introduces three levels of authentication: casual (World ID device level), standard (World ID Orb), and high (World ID Orb+), each offering varying degrees of identity verification without requiring personal identification.
