Voyager Digital investors are suing Dallas Mavericks owner and billionaire, Mark Cuban, after the Shark Tank personality allegedly hyped up Voyager Digital to Dallas Mavericks fans.

The lawsuit alleges that young fans were targeted by Cuban and Voyager Digital CEO, Stephen Ehrlich. Apparently they encouraged these inexperienced investors to deposit their savings into Voyager because it was supposedly cheaper than other platforms.

It didn?t take long for the hopeful investors to cotton on though, they soon found out that Voyager?s fees were actually pretty high and had a whole bunch of hidden costs. Looks like Mr Cuban and co are heading into a plume of trouble and are going to have to hold off on busting out the stogies any time soon.
