    West Cobar Metals (ASX:WC1) denied land access for projects

    West Cobar Metals (ASX:WC1) has not been able to reach an agreement with the landowner for the Cawkers Well Project, and as a result has applied to the Arbitration Panel (NSW) for the appointment of a member to act as mediator and arbitrator.

    The Board is following the prescribed process for mediation and arbitration in NSW, which can take 4-6 months and cost up to $150,000.

    West Cobar Metals says its also been unable to negotiate an access agreement for the Nantilla project.

    If agreements are not reached, the company intends to lodge applications for the appointment of an arbitrator in the same way.
