Walmart (NYSE:WMT) has settled its lawsuit against Capital One Financial Corp. (NYSE:COF) concerning their credit card partnership, which designated Capital One as the exclusive issuer of Walmart-branded consumer credit cards until the partnership ended last month.

The settlement led to the dismissal of the case on Thursday by U.S. District Judge Katherine Polk Failla in Manhattan, following the resolution of all claims and counterclaims between the two companies.

The terms of the settlement were not disclosed.

The partnership, which began in 2019, was allowed to be terminated early by Walmart after Judge Failla ruled in March that Capital One's customer service had not met the required standards.

A spokeswoman for Walmart declined to comment on the settlement.
