Viking Mines achieved progress in its Stage 2 metallurgical test work at the Canegrass Battery Minerals Project in Western Australia.

Utilizing low intensity magnetic separation techniques, the company produced a high-grade concentrate with 1.43% V2O5, 59% Fe, and 11.7% TiO2.

The iron grade was maintained above 58%. The test work demonstrated total recoveries, including 93.0% for V2O5, with a significant mass recovery of 53.2%.

The project is advancing to the roasting phase for V2O5 flake production, with additional exploration of value-enhancing options.
