Blackstone Minerals obtained approval from the Vietnamese Ministry of Natural Resources and Energy for the exploration and reserve report for the Ta Khoa Nickel Mine.

The approval marks a progression in the company's project development in northern Vietnam, facilitating progress in the licensing applications for Ban Phuc, Ban Khoa, King Snake, and Ban Chang mining licenses.

It also enables Blackstone to advance nickel sulphide targets and expand resources and reserves in the Ta Khoa Dome adjacent to the proposed mining operations.

Blackstone's Managing Director Scott Williamson describes the move as a "significant and very critical milestone" that results from many years of exploration and development.
