Tesla (NASDAQ:TSLA) has released its production and delivery statistics for the third quarter of 2024.
The electric vehicle and clean energy company reported the production of approximately 470,000 vehicles, closely aligning with its deliveries which totaled 463,000 vehicles for the quarter.
The majority of production and deliveries came from the Model 3/Y line, which remains Tesla's bestseller.
Specifically, the company produced 443,668 Model 3/Y vehicles and delivered 439,975 units.
Other models contributed to 26,128 vehicles produced and 22,915 deliveries.
Tesla's commitment to expanding its energy solutions was also highlighted by the deployment of 6.9 GWh of energy storage products.
In terms of leasing, Tesla noted that 3% of Model 3/Y deliveries and 1% of other models were subject to operating lease accounting.
As of the time of writing this report, Tesla's share price stood at $258.02, down nearly 2% during early trading.
