Uber (NYSE:UBER) has unveiled a series of new enhancements and partnerships aimed at improving affordability and accessibility for its users.

Among the notable features is the introduction of "Shuttle," a service that allows customers to book up to five seats on a bus, streamlining the process with a QR code for easy boarding.

This service is designed to be more economical than traditional rides and is not affected by Uber's surge pricing, making it an attractive option for budget-conscious travellers.

In addition to Shuttle, Uber is reaching out to the student demographic with an attractive offer through Uber One.

This program will now feature a reduced monthly rate for students, along with special deals and promotions tailored to their needs and budget.

Further expanding its range of services, Uber has also entered into a partnership with Costco (NASDAQ:COST), the renowned wholesale retailer.

This collaboration will provide Costco members with discounted rates, enhancing the value of both Uber’s transport services and Costco’s membership benefits.
