Treasury Wine Estates (ASX:TWE) closes DAOU Vineyards acquisition

Treasury Wine Estates completed the acquisition of DAOU Vineyards and its entities.

The acquisition involved the issuance of US$100 million ($152.5 million) worth of new Treasury Wine shares, around 13,150,038 shares, to DAOU's owners.

The shares are subject to voluntary escrow, with 50% released after one year and 50% after two years.
