In a significant corporate maneuver, Hafnia (NYSE:HAFN) has received the green light from the Supreme Court of Bermuda to redomicile its corporate base from Bermuda to Singapore.

The court’s approval was given during the Sanction Hearing held on September 19, 2024. This move is anticipated to be formally registered with the Bermuda Registrar of Companies by September 27, 2024.

The relocation process is expected to be finalized by October 1, 2024, after which the company will commence operations from its new headquarters in Singapore, pending all necessary filings and conditions.

Hafnia's common shares will continue to be traded on the Oslo Stock Exchange and the New York Stock Exchange under the tickers "HAFNI" and "HAFN" respectively throughout this transition period.

This strategic shift marks a new chapter for Hafnia as it aligns its operational base with its broader business objectives and market dynamics.
