    Toro (NYSE:TTC) shareholders back leadership at 2024 meeting

    The Toro Company (NYSE:TTC) successfully concluded its 2024 Annual Meeting of Shareholders on March 19, 2024.

    During the meeting, shareholders elected Gary L. Ellis and Jill M. Pemberton as director nominees, who will each serve on the board until the 2027 annual meeting.
