Telegram has revealed its new advertising platform, which is integrated with The Open Network (TON) blockchain, promising channel owners a significant share of the generated revenue.

Starting in March, channel owners across more than 100 countries will have the opportunity to earn 50% of the advertising revenue produced in their channels.

This initiative, announced by Telegram's founder and CEO Pavel Durov on February 28, aims to financially reward the creators for their content.

The Telegram Ad Platform will exclusively facilitate payments using the TON blockchain, embracing a blockchain-based approach for transactions and revenue sharing.
