The Australian market?s green run came to an end today as the key index closed Friday?s session 0.94% lower at 7063.60 points led by a sharp sell-off in tech stocks. For the week, the ASX has lost 0.66%.

The stocks that made headlines today were:

Core Lithium as shares in the lithium developer jumped 11.8% today possibly as a result of EV maker Rivian saying overnight that it is facing difficulties in sourcing raw materials and that the company will be following Tesla?s move by switching to lithium iron phosphate chemistry for its standard vehicles.
