Terra Metals reported assay results from its maiden diamond core drilling program at the Onslow Project in north-western Western Australia.

The intercept from hole OND003 revealed a zone with 6m at 179 g/t silver starting from 160m downhole, which includes an outstanding 1m at 1,060 g/t silver, 0.23% copper, and 0.99% tungsten trioxide.

"Intercepting high-grade silver mineralisation is a great result for a first pass reconnaissance drilling program in a frontier province," noted Managing Director and CEO Thomas Line.

The drilling program was co-funded by the Western Australia government under the exploration incentive scheme, which supported the 1,283m diamond drilling efforts testing three geophysical-geochemical targets.

Upcoming work will include detailed petrology to understand the mineral deportment and characterisation of the geological zone.
