Telstra Group (ASX:TLS) has announced a $650M bond issue with a 4.90% coupon and maturity on 8 March 2028, under its Debt Issuance Program.
It's the Group's first bond issue since its corporate restructure.
Telstra says the proceeds from the bond will be used for general corporate purposes.
The company's share price is up 2.54% the past year.
