Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (NYSE:TSM), the world’s leading contract chipmaker, today announced a significant shift in its leadership ranks, naming a new chief information security officer as the industry grapples with increasing cyber threats.
In a recent filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, TSMC revealed that Dr. Cliff Hou, currently Senior Vice President and Deputy Co-Chief Operating Officer, will assume the role of CISO, effective January 1, 2025.
