Sapiens International Corporation (NASDAQ:SPNS), a leading global provider of software solutions for the insurance industry, announced today that its board of directors has greenlit a significant cash dividend distribution based on its strong performance in the second half of 2024.

The company will distribute a regular semi-annual dividend of $0.30 per share, totaling $16.8 million, alongside a special cash dividend of $0.36 per share, amounting to $20.1 million.

Combined, the total payout will be $0.66 per share, or $36.9 million.

The regular dividend aligns with Sapiens’ policy of distributing up to 40% of its annual non-GAAP net income on a semi-annual basis.

Shareholders of record as of April 7, 2025, will receive the payment on April 16, 2025, subject to a 25% Israeli withholding tax on the dividend amount per shareholder.

The decision to include a special dividend reflects the board’s confidence in the company’s financial health, following a thorough evaluation of its current and projected liquidity and capital requirements.
