    ChipMOS revenue climbs 8.8% in May

    ChipMOS TECHNOLOGIES (NASDAQ:IMOS), a leading provider of outsourced semiconductor assembly and test services (OSAT), today announced its unaudited consolidated revenue for May 2025, demonstrating significant month-over-month growth.

    The company reported consolidated revenue of NT$2,025.4 million (approximately US$67.8 million) for May 2025.

    This represents an impressive increase of 8.8% compared to April 2025 revenue.

    On a year-over-year basis, May 2025 revenue saw a slight increase of 0.1% from May 2024.

    ChipMOS attributed the positive revenue performance in May primarily to robust growth within its memory business segment.

    Additionally, the company noted a contributing improvement in its Driver IC (DDIC) business.
