ChipMOS TECHNOLOGIES (NASDAQ:IMOS), a leading provider of outsourced semiconductor assembly and test (OSAT) services, today announced its unaudited consolidated revenue for April 2025.

The company reported monthly revenue of NT$1,860.8 million, equivalent to US$58.2 million.

This figure represents an 8.4% decrease compared to March 2025 revenues of NT$2,031.6 million (US$63.6 million) and a marginal 0.4% decline from April 2024 revenues of NT$1,867.6 million (US$58.4 million).

ChipMOS stated that these near-term results are reflective of broader trends currently being observed across the semiconductor industry.

The announcement comes at a time when the semiconductor sector is navigating a complex environment.

While overall industry forecasts for 2025 suggest solid growth driven by demand in areas such as artificial intelligence, advanced computing, and automotive applications, the market is also subject to cyclical fluctuations and regional variations.
