Taiton Resources reported findings from the Merino prospect at its Highway Project in South Australia.
Assay results reveal broad molybdenum anomalism, with peak grades of 1,330 ppm Mo over 1m. The initial drilling program consisted of 22 reverse circulation holes totalling 3,062m.
Molybdenum mineralisation, primarily in the Hiltaba Suite microgranite, displayed low-level anomalism, with internal zones reaching elevated assay results.
Field traverses identified a >10km corridor showing evidence of hydrothermal activity, prompting expanded exploration efforts.
