Summit Minerals completed its soil and rock chip geochemistry program at the Phillips River Lithium Project.

A total of 727 soil samples and 13 rock chips were collected for analysis, with results expected in the first quarter of 2024.

The program aimed to define potential pegmatite-hosted mineralisation in areas marginal to Bulletin Resource's (ASX:BNR) Phillips South Lithium discovery.

The soil sampling program is expected to identify high-priority targets suitable for drill testing in the 2024 field season.

Summit's Phillips River Project is considered prospective for lithium and other battery minerals.
