Solstice Minerals (ASX:SLS) has announced initial assay results from the recent diamond drilling program at the GSP prospect within its 100% owned Ringlock Dam nickel project.
Solstice Minerals highlighted an intercept of 1.81m @ 23.1% Ni returned from a massive sulphide vein, and that other results confirm GSP as a genuine high-tenor magmatic nickel sulphide system.
The company also reported strong supporting intercepts in other drillholes including 2.2m @ 2.27% Ni, as well as zones of disseminated nickel sulphides.
Solstice Minerals says intercepts at or below basal footwall contact may represent a footwall massive sulphide body that has been rearranged by later structures, and that these results drive next exploration into down-plunge and along strike positions.
