Site Group International (ASX:SIT) is seeking leave to appeal a Full Federal Court of Australia decision that its subsidiary, Productivity Partners, engaged in conduct in breach of the Australian Consumer Law in proceedings commenced by the ACCC.

The Court found Site was knowingly concerned in that conduct but for a shorter period of time than the trial judge found, and was a 2-1 majority decision.

Site Group provides training services for various industries, including oil and gas, construction, and mining, and has worked with clients such as GE, Shell, and ExxonMobil.

The company is currently being recapitalised to pursue growth opportunities, particularly in workforce development in Saudi Arabia in partnership with Saudi Aramco.
