    The central bank of Singapore has kept its monetary policy settings unchanged for a fourth straight time after the economy expanded slower than economists forecast. Gross domestic product grew 0.1% in the quarter ended March from the prior three months, Annabelle Droulers reports on Bloomberg Television.
