    Silk Logistics (ASX:SLH) CEO steps down; successor named

    Silk Logistics said Brendan Boyd, the current managing director and CEO, is retiring due to medical reasons. Boyd will transition to a non-executive director role.

    John Sood, co-founder, current executive director, and chief customer officer, took over as the new managing director and CEO.

    The changes are effective May 22.

    Silk Logistics Chair Terry Sinclair thanked Boyd for his 13 years of service and welcomed Sood's extensive experience in the sector.
