Si6 Metals revised its joint venture terms with Foxfire Metals, granting Si6 a 70% stake in future Brazil-based acquisitions, up from a previous 50/50 split.

The move aligns with Si6's strategy to expand its exploration portfolio in Brazil, focusing on rare earth elements and lithium.

Managing Director Jim Malone said the company aims to strengthen the partnership and expedite exploration efforts in key regions like the Lithium Valley and Poços de Caldas.
