Shiba Inu's (CRYPTO:SHIB) marketing lead, Lucie, has addressed confusion surrounding Binance's decision to remove the SHIB/TUSD trading pair, clarifying that Shiba Inu is not being delisted from the exchange.

Binance announced the removal of seven spot crypto trading pairs, including SHIB/TUSD, due to low liquidity and trading volume, effective June 28 at 03:00 AM (UTC).

Lucie emphasised that the delisting affects only the specific pair, not Shiba Inu's overall presence on Binance.

Binance continues to offer eight SHIB spot trading pairs, including SHIB/USDT and SHIB/USDC.

Previous reports falsely claimed Shiba Inu was being delisted, leading to unnecessary panic among holders.

Shiba Inu's price remains in decline amid broader market downturns, currently at $0.00001691.
