Seven Group Holdings (ASX:SVW) Exercise of Put Option for Convertible Notes due 2025

Seven Group Holdings Limited (ASX: SVW) announced that some investors have exercised their put option to redeem and cancel $189.4 million of their 2.20% convertible notes due 2025.

This is in addition to the $114.2 million in notes that were already redeemed and cancelled.

Following this exercise, $46.4 million of the notes remain outstanding and due for conversion or repayment in 2025.
