Nishad Singh and Gary Wang, former FTX (CRYPTO:FTT) executives who testified against the exchange's co-founder Sam Bankman-Fried, are scheduled for sentencing on October 30 and November 20, respectively.

Singh, the former director of engineering, pleaded guilty to multiple charges including wire fraud and conspiracy in February 2023, admitting knowledge of misused customer funds.

Wang, a co-founder of FTX, pleaded guilty to fraud in December 2022 and cooperated with prosecutors, acknowledging the creation of code that enabled the diversion of funds to Alameda.

Both executives' cooperation is expected to be considered in their sentencing.

Their testimonies highlighted the misuse of customer deposits and the deceptive practices within FTX.
