SensOre Ltd (S3N) has announced that it will issue 2,000,000 unquoted options (Advisor Options) to an unrelated party in exchange for strategy and advisory services.
These options will have an exercise price of $0.80 and an expiry date of 4 January 2027.
They will be unquoted and non-transferable, and all unexercised options will automatically lapse and be cancelled.
