    Sensera (ASX:SE1) announces a board change

    Sensera (ASX:SE1) has just announced a change to its board.

    Sensera announces that Ralph Schmitt, based in the United States, retired from the Board today.

    Ralph's retirement as Executive Director follows the completion of the sale of the MicroDevices business in January 2022.

    The Board acknowledge Ralph's contribution and commitment since joining Sensera in November 2017 and wishes him well for his future endeavors.

    Shares of Sensera have stable following the announcement.
