Daniele Servadei, the young founder of payment firm Sellix, discussed his experiences in the cryptocurrency industry with Cointelegraph.

At just 20, Servadei created the two-year-old e-commerce platform, Sellix, which aims to simplify the process of accepting cryptocurrency payments for businesses around the world.

Based in Reggio Emilia, Italy, Sellix supports payments made using traditional fiat currencies and over 25 cryptocurrencies.

Since its launch in November 2021, the platform has processed more than $100 million in payments for over 3,000 clients across roughly three dozen countries.

Despite the success, Servadei, who is also studying for a computer science degree at the University of Parma, said that building a company is incredibly challenging and balancing academic life with business has not been easy.
