Clandestine Bitcoin (CRYPTO:BTC) mining operations have resurged in Venezuela following a government mandate to disconnect registered mining farms from the power grid.

Despite the crackdown, small-scale miners are sustaining operations underground, supported by local stores selling mining equipment tailored for discreet use.

Jesus Montilla from Crypto Tools highlighted the resilience of these miners, noting their essential role in keeping the market alive.

While the government crackdown seized over 17,000 miners earlier this year, clandestine miners continue to navigate risks, including potential detection and the inability to renew equipment amidst the ban.
