The U.S. SEC approved Bitcoin spot ETFs for the first time on January 10.

However, the decision on a spot Ether ETF from Grayscale Investments is postponed, with the SEC seeking public comments.

This extends the deadline by an additional 35 days after publication in the Federal Register.

The SEC is considering whether to allow NYSE Arca to list and trade Grayscale Ethereum Trust shares, inviting public input on the proposed rule change.
