Spanish banking multinational Santander is planning on offering crypto trading to its Brazilian customers within the next few months, as the finance giant is working on new crypto related services.
This isn?t the first time Santander has wet their appetite for crypto, having already launched a crypto loans service for farmers in Argentina, partnering with Agrotoken, an agricultural commodities tokenization platform.
Many other big name non-crypto companies have follow-suited, with companies like Mercado Libre, one of Latin America?s largest e-commerce platforms, now allowing its Brazilian users to buy, sell and hold cryptocurrencies.
