Sandfire Resources' loss after tax deepened to US$53,141 ($81,015), with underlying loss at US$36,612 ($55,816) for first half of FY24.
The company booked an first-half revenue of US$417,940 ($637,162), down 3% due to lower zinc prices and copper concentrate sales.
The decline was attributed to MATSA mining complex acquisition costs, depreciation, amortisation, and a net finance expense of US$32.7 million ($49.9 million).
Sandfire aims to increase Group copper equivalent production by over 50% by FY25.
