S&P Global, Fitch assign rating to Karoon Energy (ASX:KAR)

S&P Global Ratings and Fitch Ratings assigned Karoon Energy a B corporate credit rating with a stable outlook.

The rating assignment is related to the company's proposed US$400 million ($616.5 million) offering of second-priority senior secured notes through its subsidiary, Karoon USA Finance.
