RooLife Group formed a key partnership with Fujian Jushi Supply Chain Management, a prominent player in China's e-commerce, digital marketing, and supply chain sector.
The collaboration will entail Fujian Jushi marketing and selling RooLife's product range in China through a newly established subsidiary.
The agreement involves selling $100,000 worth of RooLife shares to Fujian Jushi at 8.5 cents each and issuing 210 million performance rights.
The partnership aims to drive sales and maximise net profit.
