    Riversgold (ASX:RGL) Pilbara potential lithium landholding doubled

    Riversgold (ASX:RGL) has doubled its lithium-prospective landholding in the Pilbara region of Western Australia to 302km2, adding eight additional tenements and an exploration licence.

    The Company is focusing its exploration efforts on the Tambourah Lithium Project, which has the potential to host a major lithium-caesium-tantalum system, similar to the nearby Pilgangoora and Wodgina deposits.

    Riversgold is also acquiring ground and exploring for battery metals in the renowned Southern Cross-Marvel Loch region of Western Australia.

    Following the announcement, shares of Riversgold (ASX:RGL) were up 3.7%.
