Reward Minerals (ASX:RWD) has completed preliminary laboratory work for its new processing technology to recover Potassium Sulphate (SOP) from seawater and other high sulphate brines.
Reward Minerals says the follow-up program has commenced and aims to optimise reaction times to produce high-grade SOP.
It also says testwork supports the process's robustness and reproducibility, providing critical data for the company's Australian Patent Application and for inclusion in the current engineering scoping study.
Following the announcement, shares of Reward Minerals were unchanged at $0.086.
