Revolution unleashed with bIoXroute lab's MEV dismissing OFAC blocks

BloXroute Labs, a major producer of censorship-resistant blocks on Ethereum, has reversed its stance and announced it will start censoring OFAC-sanctioned blocks across all of its Maximal Extraction Value (MEV) relays.

The decision to censor these blocks is to comply with local laws.

This move was seen as a blow to Ethereum censorship resistance.

A block is deemed an "OFAC transaction" if it interacts with a wallet that has been sanctioned by the United States Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC).
