    Regis Resources (ASX:RRL) reveals cost escalation for McPhillamys Gold Project in New South Wales

    Regis Resources provided an update on the McPhillamys Gold Project in New South Wales, citing higher costs due to inflation and planning adjustments.

    Revised estimates indicate total costs of $845 million to $900 million, with pre-production expenses of $115 million to $155 million and all-in sustaining costs at $1,600/oz to $1,800/oz.

    The definitive feasibility study is expected to be completed by the end of FY24, and subsequent approvals will precede the final investment decision.
